Description:
In the quest 'Good Neighbors, Good Fences', you are supposed to steal a midnight agate from the second floor of Nevusa Falen's shop. I cannot locate the midnight agate. I believe there might be some interaction with another quest, 'Trouble Brewing in Andothren', but that's based on nothing but a hunch.

To add to what Flin's said, no dialogue in the current release version of TR references "midnight agate" anymore. All dialogue correctly refers to "blue diamond" now.
Your bug report mentions that you're using OpenMW. A shot in the dark, but are you maybe using the OpenMW Lua helper utility mod?
