Updates/Bug Fixes to TR Travels.

Also contains TR Old Travels, readding the Bal Oyra Silt Strider port and two travel NPCs in Map 1, which just needs Mash-updating for new releases.

The travel lines should be finished. As more landmass is moved into TR_Mainland, existing "filler" travel agents should be replaced by proper NPCs.
