Tentative list of OE quest and dialogue to-dos for the March Release:

  • Vhul npcing

  • Fighters Guild 5+ quests
  • Mages Guild 5+ quests
  • Thieves Guild 5+ quests
  • Legion 5+ quests
  • Imperial Cult 5+ quests
  • Misc 2-3 more quests
  • EEC? 3+ quests

An additional quests was discussed, having a fake Mages Guild member frenzy people in OE, the player would be ordered to solve an emergence of brawls and honor duels and would end up facing the mage.

There is still the need of belltower interior claim that needs to be made.

Id Vano

As the Indoril player stronghold, Id Vano is currently using the vanilla stronghold scripts to activate its exteriors.
For the March release, it should be cut out and moved to a 1 cell asset or claim, to be used when we tackle the House Indoril questline.

Small clarification about my Soultrap post. I mentioned Soultrap just as a very obvious example. I'm sure there are more spells that are more or less necessary for an average character in morrowind to have, that isn't available on the mainland. And most spells should be available on the mainland, especially with places like Port Telvannis, with it's many highly skilled Telvanni mages, not to mention once Almalexia is completed, city of light, city of magic after all.

more seriously I think all major spell trainers should have at least one spell that is unique to them, even if it's only a slightly cheaper version of an existing spell or one with an interesting name or combination of effects, but this requires an overview. I'll post some earlier exports:
