Work in progress Deshaan writeup

Tamriel Rebuilt decided to focus on developing the Deshaan Plains, a desert region home to Great House Dres. The region will use many new assets, like ground textures, rocks, flora, fauna, as well as the Dres tileset. We lack the asset developers required to complete all of this, and thus progress on the region has stalled. We need new asset developers more than ever now, and we have a list of assets in need of developing for the deshaan here.

We also do not have functional concept art for the Dres cantons, which is necessary to make assets for them.
