I have a completly new install of everything, with one exception. Everything seems to work as expected including all provinces added.
I have now got to Morrowind comes alive, mca in Vvardenfal is ok but I need to patch the mca tr addon to point it to the correct esm and the filepatcher does nothing.
I have tried patching the esm in the data directory and moving the esm into the directory wile the patcher and text file. The java app starts and I can select the esm, clicking the patch button does nothing, no progrees after waiting for an hour, eventually the patch button becomes active again, as if it has completed the task, the esm is unaltered and no backup was created.
Could it be the jre version? using jre10.

I have tried the solution you pointed to, first thing was to update the command to use v2 patcher which was easy. Next thing is I get the error message "Error: Could not find or load main class –jar
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: –jar"

I suggest java 8 or asking someone on discord to run the patch on the mod for you, it might have scripts that need recompiling though

Yes it was java10, I was just downgrading to 8 when you posted, it runs OK with java8, now I can do the rest of the update, correcting place names etc.
