When I attempt to start a new game using TR I get the error: expression error unable to find cell id helnim in script tr_m2_q_20_guarcount: this leads to a ctd and I have tried a fresh install and that did nothing. I registered the things I need to register in the Morrowind.ini file. This is my current load order:

If the helnim cell isn't found there is probably a mod changing the name of that exterior location. Since you don't have too many you could try disabling them and using "coc helnim" in the console to know which one it is
