Mistress Faruna in Tel Oren has a big red cube around her that says " Asset Deprecated" link
I also have probelms with some missing textures when travelling from Tel Branor to Sadrith Mora, though this isn't too big of an issue for me.

I'm having the same issue with Faruna! My BSA's are registered per your installation guide in the morrowind.ini under [Assets].
I also have some bullseye lanterns and other light sources coming up as the big yellow "!" - tho I wonder if this may be another mod conflict?
I haven't been able to find then other mod, even as I've uninstalled all the lighting & mesh mods that I had since the issue began. Curious.
