Dialogue with Tullo Verotus from "A Paranoid Taxman" quest near Indal-ruhn is really minimalistic, it should be expanded in my opinion.
During the travel, the only thing he has to say is a generic greeting, ""It is truly a pleasure to see you".There is no greeting reaction to the bandit on the bridge - I think he should comment on it at least once.

Also, but this is debatable, "travel together" topic could be added.
