Hey guys I really need some help
I've been using OpenMW and I've got Tamriel Rebuilt. To get it to run I basically used the method from this video - https://youtu.be/RRVDc1PLC4c - and it has all worked out great. Earlier on I tried to use this same method to install the Morrowind Enhanced Textures (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46221) but when I went to the OpenMW launcher to check it had worked, everything is now missing from my Data Files and when I try to load the game it crashes and I get this error message: "OpenMW Fatal Error: Archive 'TR_Data.bsa' not found". I retraced my steps, deleted the MET folder and took the line out of the .cfg file so that everything was back to the way it was before but I am still getting the error message. Have I totally borked my game and lost all my progress? I've probably sunk like 100 hours into this game, is there any way to salvage it?
Here's my OpenMW log

The specific error message you are getting is because you don't have the Tamriel_Data folder listed among your 'data=' entries in the cfg file you attached screeenshots of (I guess it somehow went missing). Hence, while you have TR_Data.bsa listed among 'fallback-archive=' entries, OpenMW can't find the file anywhere and throws an error. So that specific error should be fixed by adding the 'Tamriel_Data' data folder back in the file. It also appears most of the 'content=' entries have gone missing.
But I suggest you first make a backup of your saves (copy it somewhere). Then, do you remember which mods you had installed? If you do, it will be possible to recreate the mod install and still use your saves. Add the respective folders among the 'data=' entries, then tick the required .esp and .esm files in the OpenMW launcher.
It also pays next time to make backups of your openmw.cfg files before you start installing new mods. But that's hindsight.
