Request: More dialogue directing to other guild locations, more hooks within mainland

I just finished the faction content for Fighters Guild in Old Ebonheart, as well as Imperial Legion content for Maurrisha. Having a blast, but I think the wolrd as a whole would benefit from more dialogue providing information about the rest of the mainland. In Vvardenfell, it's common for guild chapters to point you to other guild members to do quests for when you run out of work (e.g. "I don't have orders for anyone under the rank of Protector. Find out what you need for advancement. The Guild Stewards at Vivec City, Sadrith Mora, or Ald'ruhn might have some work for you in the meantime." -Eydis Fire Eye, Guardian of Balmora Fighters Guild), but I haven't really encountered such dialogue in TR yet.

For example, when finishing up questlines, Sharnoga gra-Mal simply tells us the guildmaster will have work for us if he ever returns. I understand this is alluding to future content and will likely be how she directs us when the Velothi Mountains are finished, but (since I'm assuming the guildmaster's assignments are very high level) it would be helpful if she could direct players to other guild halls if they are not at high enough rank yet. As it stands, nobody has told me where any of the other guild halls are. The same problem occurs for Imperial Legion, where players are directed to a couple forts in the region, one of which does not currently have Imperial Legion quests to my knowledge. It would be helpful to be directed to places and people with quests available, and it would also encourage more exploration -- I don't think anybody's even told me about the existence of cities outside Aanthirin or Sundered Scar yet (although they're quick enough to find via fast travel), I've mostly just been ordered to bop around Dondril, Vhul, and Felms Ithul (where hooks exist to Roa Dyr and Almas Thirr).

One example of an opportunity I see: In the quest A Final Fate, Sharnoga gra-Mal directs you to investigate a ruin northwest of Necrom, all the way over in the sacred lands. This is a great way to encourage players to explore the rest of the world which could be augmented by giving players an idea of how to get there: i.e. "Fastest way to get there would probably be to take a guild guide to Akamora, and catch a silt strider to Necrom from there. It might be worth your time to stop in the guild chapter in Akamora on your way, Laalano Iravo may have some work for you. Of course, you could always just walk there, but it's quite a trek on foot!" With that suggestion in mind, I would love to see more hook quests that bring you across the united TR world, directing you from one city to the next, though these may be easier to implement once the whole landmass is complete.

Finally: I would love to do more than just offer feedback, and I think I could maybe be well suited to implementing QOL details like this. However, I haven't figured out the workflow of this place, and I have no idea how things like dialogue changes and bugfixes are approved and implemented in the merging procedure, or the team's stance on touching other modders' work for minor details like this. I'd like to put together a showcase and be useful in some way (including in ways that are not implementing changes like this), but I'm just still a little confused about how things work here. Any advice or direction would be very appreciated smiley
