The result is lethal in small doses, but an extremely potent stimulant in trace dosage. Long term use causes lesions where imbibed, most often in the mouth or nose.
While it is a common scourge on the moons, blackdrake is quite rare in Tamriel since the Simulacrum cut off the lunar colonies. It is prized by alchemists for its stimulative effects.
