Shipal Shin 17

Claim outlined as "SH_17" on the attached map

This claim is mostly Velothi Mountains, but has a section of the VM to Shipal-Shin region transition in the south. Should contain a large Dwemer ruin, and have other signs of their presence in the area, such as the little ruins and big broken bridges. Random bandit camps, caves and Velothi tombs should be scattered throughout the claim.

Shipal Shin 16 - Salvelis

Claim outlined as "SH_16" on the attached map

A transitional area between the Velothi Mountains and Shipal Shin. The transition should be handled with layer 3 SH rocks, and contain a small egg mining Hlaalu village, and in the Shipal Shin area, a small Dwemer ruin. This area will be the furthest north the Shinathi travel, and should have a camp or 2 to indicate that. A velothi tower should be somewhere along the road to the Hlaalu town. Random cave entrances and Velothi tombs should also be added throughout the claim.

Shipal Shin 15

Claim outlined as "SH_15" on the attached map

A large area of Shipal-Shin wilderness and Cyrod border. Should have a small Daedric ruin which is home to the Liver Eater goblin tribe. Somewhere in the claim should have a deep canyon full of dangerous monsters, such as trolls. The canyon needs a natural way out and should not be too close to the border to avoid any great wall of Cyrodiil type formations. Random cave entrances and Velothi tombs should also be added throughout the claim

Shipal Shin 14

Claim outlined as "SH_14" on the attached map

A large Othreleth Woods to Shipal-Shin transition claim, containing mostly wilderness and road. There should be a Velothi tower serving as an Inn on the crossroads in -16,-39. Somewhere in the claim there should be a Reman Ruin housing a decently sized RSM camp. Random cave entrances, RSM tents and Velothi tombs should also be added throughout the claim. There should also be a Chimer Stronghold anywhere accessible on foot in the claim.

Shipal-Shin Template Meeting - Parts I & II

1 First, quickly go over the current implementation of the region. This stage is about taking stock of what we have to work with.

1.1 What does it currently look like?

Shipal-Shin is an untextured mesa heightmap, and Narsis in its half-island shape, remaining as leftover of older days, has a WG environment. The Thirr river originates here.
