This piece is needed for the Brina Cross Mages Guild. It's a retexture of a vanilla piece which didn't exist in this set, using textures already in TD.
These 4 alchemy ingredients had no effects, though they are used in Cyr_main section file. After discussing with the team, here are the alchemy effects suggestions for all four.
A hanging version of Furn_Practice_Dummy, for use in interiors. Tested in the CS and it snaps to the ceiling of impsmall tiles. .zip includes an .esp and .nif in TR file path.
