[SUM] Altmer Tapestries and Cloths

16 Altmer tapestries with bespoke Altmer hangers. 2 tapestry designs contributed by MammaHyena. Also includes altmer cloth bolts, as well as new 6 "sheet" miscs useful for shelfs and clothiers. Also includes 6 Com sheets on top of the 6 He ones on request from Revenorror.

Merged Goldstone Keep

Combines the main structure of Goldstone into a single exterior shell. I was able to delete about a thousand triangles of completely hidden internal geometry. This shell is now just 4 draw calls.

Needs IDs, plugins, etc.
