Basically, "your account" topic working not as intended. Everytime you choose this topic you get "Here we are..." message, even if you don't have a bank account.
Second problem is that you can't get "your account" topic when talking to Hlaalu banker.
Claim for an arcana reactor which will be found in the basement of the Narsis Mages Guild. The mages here are adept enchanters and students of magickal science, and they use this reactor for their research (and to strengthen their conjuration wards).
Narsis Council optimisation and collision. Separated from the Hleryn building claim and idk why I thought it would be good to have them together to begin with.
Fixed up shading, obvious mesh errors and UVs of riverstrider. Changed abdomen texture to blue ash bettle as it looks a bit better than tiling siltstrider shell.
A sea of ghosts clone region with even more extreme conditions, for arctic islands and icebergs and whatnot. Only weather types are blizzard, snow, and fog -- and it's mostly blizzard. Also more wind and some ghostly shrieks and otherworldly groans can be rarely heard. Ice wraiths spawn when sleeping instead of rats.
