The purpose of this quest is to point players towards the coolest thing in OE - the true armistice puzzle.
A Red Templar is sitting in an Andothren tavern conspiring to gaze upon the true armistice. He knows the secret of the ebon tower - the armistice on display is an elaborate fake. He is banned from entering the ebon tower due to his insane zealotry and needs an outsider to help.
You enter through the sewers and navigate towards the curia. Once inside he spoils part of the puzzle and tells you that you need to find two daggers to open the passage.
Haafingar guard armor. Will be used across Kingdom of Haafingheim in SHotN (Haafingar, Snowhawk, Morthal) but also in High Rock (Jehanna and probably other areas occupied).
A counter fresco to the Vivec kneeling to Tiber Septim in Old Ebonheart. This fresco depicts Vivec stealing the heart of Tiber Septim (the red diamond) to avoid another war with Cyrodiil. Should be in the False Thinking Temple in Almalexia.
Redguard furniture does not include any bars / shop counters. Should include M and R variants - whether P variant is included is up to claimant, as it's rarest one out of all and other furniture can be used instead for this purpose.
Claim for Chorrol architecture, both urban and rural. Should reflect Colovian Highlands area where majority of settlements are in - one of references that was widely agreed on were Greek monasteries.
The set character is not yet decided, but as the conversation about it is (and will be) going, making the claim sounds like reasonable way to manage it further. I (Toma400) will at one point provide CA for the set where it's agreed that's the character we strive towards. The image attached is all references people involved suggested, grouped together.
Kelp-like plants that resemble snakes or worms. Separated from the Morrowind water plants claim because it doesn't really fit. Maybe it could go in the Sea of Ghosts or in/around Argonia.
