It says Better Bodies is a requirement. May need to test models in-game to make sure that they fit with vanilla bodies, and make alterations if need to.

Infragris' headcanon is that this is a nibenese set. So it could find some use in TR as vanilla has the other armour pieces, but this would be mostly used in PC.
A native style Dunmer armor made from ebony, chitin and netchleather, decorated with polished jewels of some kind. Since it's a mixtre of heavy and light materials, it was suggested that this could be a medium armor. Regardless if it's heavy or medium, Dunmer smithing would probably differ quite a bit from Imperial smithing and should therfore have differen weight, protection and enchantment values from the vanilla ebony armor.
