Artifact amulet for a plan I have with the blind stalker goblins and the dungeon

The leader of the Ja-Natta Syndicate should have an outfit based on the grub druglord concept from Michael Kirkbride. Due to Sloads being creatures rather than NPCs, this will require working off of the assets provided on the sload asset page and exporting it with the sload as its own creature.

Several new Redoran-specific clothes needed for Velothis district: common, expensive, exquisite, extravagant.

Could be useful for the Abecean. There was a feather texture included with the hats that neither of them use, but they could be edited to use it.
