Fauna

Nymph

From Daggerfall. Needs a more creative design rather than just "naked woman".... magic leaf underwear or something would be an improvement (see second image), but the details are up to the concept artist.

Has a fatigue draining attack.
Resists paralysis and poisons, and can only be damaged by silver and/or magical weapons.

Sabertooth Tiger

From Daggerfall. Likely found in both High Rock and Skyrim.

Ingredient: Big Tooth (or some variant thereof: 'Big Tiger Tooth', 'Sabertooth', etc. the item never actually existed in-game, but the icon was in Daggerfall's files)
'Resist Magicka' would be one of its spell effects

Giant Scorpion

From Daggerfall. Probably good for Hammerfell.

Has a paralyzing attack.

Ingredient: Giant Scorpion Stinger
'Damage Health' would be one of its alchemy effects.

Diamond Spider

Special kind of giant spider based off the "Diamond Spider Queen" from Shadowkey (assumes if there is a queen, then there must be regular ones too). Probably bigger than the usual "generic giant spiders" and more crystalline-looking. The actual queen variant would be even bigger, and would only be found in special dungeons (possibly as a quest target).

Generic Giant Spiders

Mix of Daggerfall and Shadowkey giant spider variants. Would be really generic aside from coloration so they can be used all over the place (and also to set them apart from the Mephalan Vale spiders).

Ingredient 1: Spider Venom
Would have 'Paralysis' as one of its alchemy effects (from Daggerfall).

Ingredient 2: Spider Heart
Would have 'Fortify Attack' as one of its alchemy effects (as a subsitutute for the Shadowkey effect).

Fanged Gouti/Wickeder

From Shadowkey. Harder to kill than wormmouths on average. These are also called "Fanged Gouti", but that name was not used outside the game files, so it is not clear what the real name is.

Would have two other kinds in addition to regular one:

Savage Bounder (green; tougher)

Clawrunner (pale pink; toughest, about as bad as vanilla kagouti)

All types have a paralyzing bite/spit attack.
