Set of obsidian rocks for the Obsidian Waste area.

New Orethan Rocks with a dedicated texture designed to match the Mournhold Tilesets stones to replace the BC rocks that are currently being used. In addition includes mountain peaks and ridges (for assisitng with border matching not general claim use) and an extra landscape texture. Per Chefs request, the BC rocks have been kept with BC IDs for use in Indoril Gardens (literal gardens that is).

Adds cobalt ore and the following deposit containers to PI cave tilesets:

Cathnoquey cave - Bitterstone, Diamond, Iron, Lapis Lazuli, Turquoise
Yneslea cave - Gold, Iron, Jade, Ruby, Sapphire
Ocean cave - Bitterstone, Cobalt, Diamond, Gold, Peridot (based off lists of RL undersea minerals)
Py cave (volcanic) - Bitterstone, Diamond, Iron

Also adds sand piles with glass bits in them for ocean floors near glass deposits and various Padomaic beaches.

These ores needs a retexture to match the CaveSH set for OW10 Maesanammus Mine.
