Quest faction reputation tweaks

In Old Ebonheart quests the Thieves Guild and Fighters Guild are at opposite extremes for faction reputation: the TG questline is much longer than all others but it rewards less faction reputation, I think the positive amounts should be increased in some of its quests. TR_m3_TG_Moranie3 could give +10 instead of 5

The OE MG quest Don't Touch My Gems! is a misc quest and not a faction quest, but it should remove MG reputation if the player gets the questgiver killed (only if the player is a member until this has been implemented).

House Guards all have the same greeting "I am an officer of the Imperial Law"

1. Could probably have some more variation depending on region.
2. Is this completely accurate? The guards in Port Telvannis mention they're officers of Telvanni Custom and Imperial Law. Clearly based on the punavit situation different houses consider different things to be crimes. They enforce Imperial Law, except slavery. If anything it sounds like their greeting should be "I keep order and enforce the law." just as a generic. That being said we aren't replacing vanilla dialogue, but we can have our bonemolded guards say whatever we like.

Remember to make some generic entry(ies) in Greeting 4 for TR_Map Temple Priest/Priest Service/... missing classes, overwriting

"I'm sorry, friend, but I think you have managed to get a common disease of some sort. You can get that cured by visiting a Temple shrine, or an Imperial cult altar, or by buying a potion from a healer or apothecary."

Greeting 0/1 and Oath of Silence

This would probably be a pain in the butt to fix, but...

A lot of non-law-enforcement related greetings are sneaking their way into Greeting 0. This means that the vanilla Oath of Silence at the top of Greeting 1 is sometimes not being triggered correctly (aka, when just about anyone talks to you: exceptions being some forcegreetings and some quests that use Greetings to continue an encounter).

Only ones in Mainland that don't belong there are TR_m1_noga-togroi, and as a creature that can only speak its own lines it doesn't matter (but they should be in 5)

Salvarys Ancestral Tomb - Ghost fence blocks quest progress

I could find no way to get past the ghostfence inside the Salvarys Ancestral Tomb, when doing the "A Forgotten House" quest:

I ended up using tcl in the console to pass through, to be able to access the inner part of the tomb needed to finish the quest.

Reputation

Most recent quests forgot about the option of adding Reputation (fame),
See some of those in TR that do give rep.
Reputation can be increased as a result of certain high-profile events, heroic deeds, or even if the player rescues people (non-controversial, not slaves) who’ll spread the word, etc.
