Closing, this is a vanilla model from the Tribunal expansion. I will tell the people working on Morrowind Optimization Patch about this though to see if it can be/already is fixed there

They were actually not swapped for the TR model in the latest mainland so I renamed and edited the bug accordingly. Probably should've looked more carefully at the issue than just going 'vanilla mesh, therefore not a TR bug' so thanks for your message there.
