This is just not how window lights are supposed to be done. It is painfully obvious that there are lights next to the windows during the day. If people really want lights near exterior windows, then that should be done through GitD support in the meshes.
Kalkusara, Vault interior is 5 levels deep in a massive dungeon crawl and the final reward is about 3000 gold and some imperial dragonscale armor. If any int needs a suitable reward, it is this one.
The quest https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Tamriel_Rebuilt:Don%27t_Give_Drink_to_Miners tells you to bring any 5 drinks to the questgiver. It becomes a problem if we add new beverages because we have to add all of them to the script and remember that all the time. Instead, the questgiver may ask you to bring 5 bottles of one particular drink.
As a member of house Telvanni I can't get the hospitality papers (because I do not need them). Ferala Aranith however refuses service unless I have them.
