My Nord lady can't walk up or down the stairs to the roof of the Andothren Golden Moons Club. She can pass through the 'doorway' up, but then gets stuck. Jumping doesn't help. The attached file shows the pint from which she can't walk up any further.

There's a similar problem with walking up the external stairs of the Ulran Treyon's store (also in Andothren). But in that case walking down works fine and jumping helps with walking up, so I suspect in that case the problem are the stairs.
