An Andothren MG quest (TR_m4_MG_Ando_3) sends the player here to get a book from the master of the tower ("TR_m2_Nisa Darythi"), but there is no one to tell him how to get to him. Players starting in Andothren will probably not know how to find a Telvanni wizard until they start exploring Telvanni lands.

One way to fix this is to add some rudimentary descriptions to the dialogue of either TR_m4_Ethalvora or "TR_m3_Nelos Llothri", who are the questgivers. The relevant topic is "notes on hyperbolic tesselation". Ethalvora could mention that Telvanni lords perch atop their towers and teach the player a levitation spell (perhaps a 5pt one, just to make it easier to succeed).

Alternatively, generic NPCs in Tel Gina could have a "someone in particular" response mentioning the lord's whereabouts. (Make sure to add this response below the non-generic ones -- see the "END TR MAP2: TEL GILAN AND SURROUNDINGS SOMEONE" response.)
