Fix: Changed the pawnbroker banner outside of Anmoleth's shop to an outfitter banner.

I don't think we should change Anmoleth's interior name and class to Pawnbroker because that would mean Almas Thirr has two Pawnbroker shops. Anmoleth's selection of goods is mostly in line with https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Clagius_Clanler from vanilla, except that she sells a bit more weapons, so it should be fine keeping her as an Outfitter.
