not sure if this is a bug or unfinished content or what but in the quest "cat-catchers on the road," shenjirra gives me the key for the andas estate slaves' bracers. when i go to the estate and talk to the slaves, i can select the "go free" topic, and they recognize that i have the key and ask me to use it to unlock their bracers so they can escape, but there's no dialogue choice to actually do that. the dialogue just cuts off there. the "go free" dialogue works as it should for slaves in other places, and i don't have any other mods that should affect slaves anyway, so i don't think it's a mod conflict on my end
