Description: 

Aanthirin facelift removes the tree in Hlan Oek, near the Morning Sun cornerclub and the governor's manor. After it's merged, either put the tree back or edit the dialogue which mentions it in "Lost but not Forgotten" quest.

that's really weird, there was a tree there. Not sure what happened or why it disspeared.

EDIT: Added back in, this can be closed now. I didn't steal the tree for what it's worth, a glitch or something happened.
