Description:

Asking Merxia Vendicci (TR_m3_Merxia Vendicci) about promotion gives an inappropriate result if the player has reached Factor rank. A unique greeting is required for this case. Moreover, a limit should probably be implemented for how high she can promote you, in order not to risk interfering with the Bloodmoon colony questline.
The topic Rumus Stannicus should have NoLore filters (or I guess T_Local_NoLore).
