Description:
There's three dialogue lines in Greeting 7 related to the Varashimmus daedric ruin that dropped to the bottom and will never appear ingame.

The one mage standing outside the ruin has the wrong script, marking her as a m4 NPC. Who doesn't get this greeting.
So that's what I actually fixed. While at it I added a latest rumor for the NPCs at the ruin, and also fixed a dispo mistake in a latest rumor entry from Idathren (so this fix is a bit all over the place).
