Description:
There is a wood elf hunter named Ellegrin in the Malacath shrine of Hummurushtapi, in the Armun Ashlands, who is nonhostile despite the other inhabitants being so.

I'm not sure why this guy was
I'm not sure why this guy was singled out (maybe it's from some older version), but everyone in this ruin is non-hostile. That's intentional.
