TR_m2_Uleras_Morenu in Tel Gilan, The Cliff Racer's Nest tells PC after renting a bed that it's hammock in the platform with hanging banners. But he rents proper bed on other platform without any banners at all.
Dialog under "spreading epidemic" is fine as it's last quest: "You have done all that you can for now. I shall send warning to Necrom, the Holy City of the Dead, and report that a cult of Molag Bal has been discovered. But first, I should reward you: please, take this staff, my child.".
Whole goal is to get Staron out of the town so Ordinators could get him. He can be lured with command humanoid in vanilla game. There could be proximity trigger for such resolution, skipping whole trickery with intervention scrolls.
While doing misc Temple Propaganda (TR_m1_GO_1) in Llothanis I failed dialog with Trena Telteraneth so she attacked me setting journal to stage 32 according to wiki. Then I calmed her and reinitiated dialog asking quest topic "Ansuma Veloth" hoping for peacefull sollution. Journal is < 41 and only control option is 1 so it loops itself and I'm unable to leave dialog.
Ramp to velk room is too steep, requiring high acrobatics or TCL to traverse. Please fix, and playtest to ensure its traversable by a low level character.
Perevaine Narragu in OE Mages Guild frequently walks through the door to the guild guide room and blocks the player's path, often because he stops to greet the player. It might be worth turning off his wander AI so he can't do this, or moving him and changing his wander radius so he doesn't try to pathfind through the door.
He's a bartender in a tawern with a class of general trader. Sells all his mugs and tankards. Switching him to publican would hook tawern activities like food services, performances etc from other mods.
The initial lines in those two topics for Tynachos only check against this particular quest being at 0, not against the previous quest being finished. This means that if you got the Velk or Armun Kagouti topics previously, it will skip ahead here and lock players out of the earlier quests.
The other quests are not affected, as their quest topics are only available from Tynachos.
