Description:
Issue: In Extrajudicial Punishment, after discovering Talen-Ei is the culprit, selecting the dialog option "a delicate matter" when speaking with Eveshi Drilor immediately turns in Talen-Ei. This creates a problem for abolitionist characters who may have started the quest out of curiosity, and who may be looking for options to close the quest lying on Talen-Ei's behalf (see: Me).
Fix: Adding a dialog along lines of "Yes? Have you found the culprit yet" with the option to reply "Yes" or "No" gives players a useful way to back out before turning Talen-Ei in, instead of being forced to reload a save.
Suggestion: It would be nice to have a journal state which closes the matter without turning Talen-Ei in, lying that you couldn't find the culprit or something like that.
