Description: 

This quest is to find Mashug gro-Dugal, who is trapped in Nassudan because of a scripted barrier blocking the way out. The script disables the barrier when someone is standing on the platform.

Disabling teleportation is something that is only used in sotha sil, the werewolf dealth maze, and the heart chamber in vanilla. It seems excessive that this quest disables teleportation in a random velothi tower when it would otherwise be a reasonable solution to the quest (stand on platform, tell him to leave, then teleport out).

It's been established in PTR lore that teleportation can also be blocked through emission of certain magical frequencies, so it's not unreasonable that it'd be blocked in a mage's tower that already has a mundane barrier anyway. Allowing teleportation would also make the quest a great deal easier, given how many methods of teleporting are so easily accessible to all players.
