1. There's an open flame behind this barrel in TR_Idathren_10.
2. This hammock in Atsiru Silver Mine seems like it was attached incorrectly. The hook should probably be rotated 180 degrees. Also, the mini-map of this room looks artificial. Maybe lava black squares could be moved around to achieve a more natural form.
3. This door in TR_TV5_Hlaalu_Tower_2 is locked. But even though it's impossible for the player, the opening in the staircase makes it obvious that a would-be-trespasser can easily omit using the door. Maybe the staircase piece should be replaced.
4. This custom book has an extra space at the end of the text (before "]").
5. This vanilla ramp in tr_la1_tomb_1 has collision problems.
