T_De_Set_X_DecalWall_25 on top of Measurehall's flickers using MGEXE without distant land. As T_De_SetHla_X_Narsis_B_19 is a single baked building, maybe replacing them with decals would be in order. But as it's so high up, just moving alpha slightly aways from wall shouldn't be noticeable either.
