The in-game region maps still show old region names. For example, Boethian Mountains is shown instead of Boethiah’s Spine.

You need to clear TRs region
You need to clear TRs region entries from your savegame so the game refreshes their names and values. After patching a savegame the old region entries are just given the ids of their newer counterparts but none of their values are changed.
The filepatcher actually just changes ids to prevent errors on loading a patched savegame. That functionality wasn’t well thought-out admittedly, so I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

I was talking about the maps that you can find in the game and read like a book. They still show the old region names. One of the maps is called The Sacred Lands: Southwest, and it shows the Mephalain Mountains and Ayemar, two regions that have been renamed. You were talking about my savegame being the problem, but I was playing on a new game, and didn’t try to patch an old savegame.
