The slave in the hold of the Galisa's Pike at the Mundrethi Plantation has no Heavy Armor skill, and so didn't equip the bracer like he should. Also, he had both a left and a right bracer, which is something you almost never see on vanilla slaves - so I've removed one, and changed his dialogue from bracers to bracer.
