Description:

The guards in the following Hlaalu settlements should wear the Hlaalu River Watch Armor set instead of the regular bonemold:

My fix only replaces the armor worn by NPC, but there are also some vanilla bonemold armor pieces lying around the locations where guards will use River Watch armor now. This should probably be fixed by int devs in another ESP.

There are also definitely still some named NPCs that should wear the River Watch armor - I went through the locations as best as I could, but I'm sure I missed some.
