Deleted the "Old Ebonheart"

  • Deleted the "Old Ebonheart" entries for Shei. They're inconsistent with the rest of the TG directions and are needed only to reference another questline made by the same person.
  • Removed the journal filter from "Cap'n Fentus" topic to prevent it from awkwardly disappearing after completing the questline
  • Made all "Background" entries by the TG heads unlock their dialogue topics
  • Added a unique "Background" entry for Fentus
  • Replaces Shei's name and faction with %Name and %Faction in her "Background" entries
