Greetings,
Completing the quest "Noises Off" requires to find a NPC named Turosi Salvel, from Port Telvannis. However, his Port Telvannis home is currently empty and locked, with the Dunmer himself being nowhere to be found. Besides, when I stand in front of his door, my and his location appear in the console as follows (see attachment):
Me: (341942.84; 140670.50)
Turosi Salvel: (-114.95; 22;23)
Following Salvel's coordinates led me somewhere near the Assarnatamat shrine, northeast of Balmora, where the NPC couldn't be found either. So, what happened to him?

Turosi Salvel is in his store
Turosi Salvel is in his store (Port Telvannis, Turosi Salvel: Enchanter), not in his home.
The coordinates correspond to his position in the interior cell, so you can't use the getpos x/y commands to determine NPC's position this way.
