There is an unspecified potion on the table behind Hvederik. It has no icon and no effect.
2.
The first FG quest where one has to get an Restore Willpower potion for Foedus Locutius should have a better description of the potion.
A Cheap Restore Willpower will not work. An Exclusive Restore Willpower potion did the job. As the Quests Journal entry only mentions a "Restore Willpower Potion" anyone should work.
