Oran Plantation Storage key is not opening the doors of Oran Plantation, Storage.
I don't know if this is related, but having The Cost Of Iron (TR_m4_HH_Ulvo3) quest started and breaking to the Oran Plantation Storage with lockpick, journal entrace with ID=20 is not triggering.

That's a different place. You're told to investigate the storage "south of the estate walls". The storage you need is an exterior-only building next to a comberry field.
