Description:
The Ordinator guard (TR_m3_WLCR_ordinator) involved in https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Tamriel_Rebuilt:When_Love_Crosses_Rivers has only one Greeting 1 and keeps telling you to drop your weapons, all of you, even after the combat ends and all of the thugs are dead.
He should have another greeting for quest stage 70+.

I don't see any problem with that (I thought it's quite universal), but a special greeting wouldn't hurt, thanks
