a few baddies here have no weapons which is odd
also a few hold a lot more gold (700 in one case) than a normal baddie would hold

NPCs across the levels could do with a pass to make the names less silly, sort our their equipment, cut some of the held gold
would also suggest levelling up the dude with an ebony shortsword, he was a cakewalk to kill (level 10 is too low for him imo)

This dungeon's NPCs need a lot of work. Most of their skills are terrible compared to some of their gear and there's a couple with bloodmoon leveled lists for gear. Though as far as I can tell there isn't any dependence on their IDs for dialogue filtering/scripting/etc, so renaming them shouldn't cause issues.

I made an attempt at this. Generally rebalanced the NPCs and renamed the ones that stood out to me. Edits to the cells are due to updating the IDs to match the new NPC names.
