Description: 

Followers refuse to walk on the closest bridge east of Serynthul, coming from the east side.

I couldn't really reproduce it all that reliably, but just putting the first path node on that side of the bridge slightly in front of it seemed to remove any difficulties that followers had there

Also deleted some unconnected nodes in the adjacent cell (10, -19)
