[EDIT2] I found the real problem, it is not a TR one. At least x\ex_vivec_h_09.nif from Glow in the dark\Atlas project mesh is out of center, making references used near it apparently out of place. I will report to Glow in the dark\Atlas project developers. Correct mesh is present in latest release, I was using a previous version.
