Quest: Imperial Legion: The Templar's Trifles (TR_m1_IL_Templar)
Description: If you already cleaned Ulanababia before talking to Arlo Ajaxus, you cannot complete the quest.Every time you interact with Arlo, he just says "We'll wipe them out. Lead the way", even if you killed everything inside and around the daedric ruin. The quest log will never change to state 50.

Thanks Ronik. I had to change the journal state using the console, but i will try your fix on a future playthrough. I'm also adding all your esp's to my mod loading list.
