When reaching the fourth stage ( TR_m1_PT_MaI_4 ) the first step, index 10, it is unlisted from active quests and shown as finished. I'll update once I get a command spell to see if it is still finishable.

I've removed a bunch of Finished flags and added some Restart ones just in case. Will check ingame. EDIT: It worked.
