As I have encounted as yet, TR_m2_IC_Library, TR_m1_MG_3, andTR_m1_MG_4 lack quotation marks around the faction name in the ModPCFacRep part of the quest-finish dialogues, resulting in OpenMW not running any part of the dialogue's Result, making the quests impossible to finish.

That's the only one where the problem has cropped up. I found the instances and fixed them (for some reason, the usual checks didn't work so I overlooked quite a few). Will post a new public test thing later this week, with more fixes.
